We specialise in the best Boxing and Thai boxing classes as well as kettlebells and strength and conditioning sessions and Personal Training for all levels in and around London. We also offer women only boxing and boxing and thai boxing for Juniors from age 10years to 12years and Teens from 13years upwards
Learn to box at Glove Up Gym - It will be the most physically and mentally rewarding training you'll ever do. Our professional trainers will teach you correct punching and/or kicking techniques in boxing, kickboxing and Muay thai, plus take you through the kind of circuit training that professional fighters do.

Technique, pad-work, combination punching, bag work. Hot sweaty and intense, this class is designed to teach, test and push its participants. Once it's over you won't be able to wipe the smile off of your face
A boxing class just for the women. Learn combination punches, bag work techniques as well as some exciting boxing circuits.Boxing clubs are really sociable places where you'll meet loads of people and get fit and strong and have a great time while you're doing it.
Known as the "art of eight limbs" This Thai boxing class will teach you combinations using punches, kicks, elbows and knees. Guaranteed to increase and build your muscle strength and endurance. Be prepared to work hard.
Glove Up kettlebell class involves basic and advanced exercises and is a great way to tone muscles and lose unwanted body fat.
A mixture of high intensity exercises and weight training. Designed to improve your muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
A 45 minute workout using a variety of unique and innovative exercises. Come and challenge yourself.
