Meet The Team

John Tiftik

A coaching professional with over 20 years of experience in the health & fitness industry who is goal orientated and results driven!


I have been boxing since the age of 10 having successful amateur and professional careers. I am also a certified level 3 YMCA personal trainer (since 1996) and have great knowledge in strength and conditioning.





Jordan Pitt

Jordan has a varied background when it comes to training.

Starting off with dancing from the age of 11, he then began weight training at 14.  It was at the age of 16 where he commenced boxing/kickboxing training and realised that the type of weight training he was doing hindered his progress, so he tailored his programme and incorporated more of a calisthenics style routine.

He has developed a style where he can train anywhere using the resistance of the body in order to provide challenging and impactful workouts.

Jordan uses a variety of techniques to help clients achieve their goals, including (but not limited to) Boxing, TRX, Kettlebell and Callisthenics.

Bleu Widley

I started my journey into combat sports via Kickboxing as a child and after a few years of competing I transitioned to my first love of Boxing. I spent part of my youth training at various gyms across South London and being carded with Rosehill ABC and King Georges ABC. I then moved away from Boxing for a few years before getting back into training and having been offered the opportunity of turning professional I took the decision to move into the fitness industry and personal training.
I’m passionate about helping people and having amassed over a decade of experience in the fitness industry I’ve developed a flexible approach to training clients, Utilising functional and resistance training along with cardio to achieve outstanding results I’m very much a peoples person and focus on bringing the best out of you and making training enjoyable and nutritional strategies simple and easy to follow.

Upon retiring from my boxing career (which was cut short due to injury) I obtained my professional trainers and managers licenses and have worked with a number of fighters such as,


Jamal Morrison, British light middleweight challenger.


Paul Bowen, former Southern area super middleweight champion and top ranked British challenger.


Toks Owoh, Formerly ranked in the World top 5 super middleweights by the IBF and IBF intercontinental champion.


Adrian Dodson, Former Barcelona Olympic quarter finalist, former British and Commonwealth champion, former WBO intercontinental champion, former IBO super middleweight champion, and former WBO world title challenger.


Ashley Theophane, former British light welterweight champion, former GBC world champion and former IBO intercontinental champion. Currently fighting under Floyd Mayweather Promotions.


During my working career I have worked alongside a selection of osteopaths/physiotherapists, which has allowed me to develop a solid experience and knowledge of dealing with injury rehabilitation cases. My experience and services have also been acquired to work with different athletes helping them with their strength & conditioning and improving their performance levels.

Due to the diversity of the client base I have worked with, I am comfortable interacting with people of all cultural and social backgrounds, from students to city executives and sports persons.
